Q: How do you find and keep good tenants?

A: We handle the entire tenanting process for you. That means advertising, thorough screening (background, income, rental history checks), and selecting reliable applicants. Most of our rentals are filled within 1-2 weeks. Once a tenant is in, we keep them happy with responsive service and prompt maintenance. Happy tenants tend to stay longer and care for the home – a win-win for you and your property.
Q: How are your fees structured?

A: Simple and transparent. We charge 5.5% of the rent as a management fee for normal rentals and 1 week rent as leasing fee and that’s it. No hidden fees for inspections, admin or mark-ups – ever. Before you sign on, we’ll walk you through the entire fee breakdown. And remember, you’re not locked in; if you need to leave, just give us 30 days’ notice.
